RETURN POLICY.

If you receive the product which is not as described or low quality, the seller promises that you may return it before the completion of your order, 

By click "Confirm Order Received"  or exceed confirmation timeframe and receive a full refund.

The return shipping fee will be paid by you if you receive the product has any faulty or you can choose to keep the product and agree to send us image of the faulty product so that we can agree with refund amount directly with the seller.

International customers
Online shopping is only available within New Zealand.

NOTE:

We only deliver to residential or business addresses. PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons, Australian Can order only light products.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to other countries at this time.
